PRICING ACCURACY AND CORRECTIONS

We strive to ensure that all product pricing displayed on our customer portal is accurate and up to date. However, due to the dynamic nature of pricing and its synchronization with our internal ERP system, occasional discrepancies may occur.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, data entry mistake, or synchronization issue, we reserve the right to correct such pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Affected customers will be notified and given the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order without penalty.

By using the portal, you acknowledge and agree that pricing errors may occur and that we are not obligated to honor prices that are incorrect or the result of a technical or administrative error.

PRODUCT AND CONTENT INFORMATION

While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, availability, and other content on the portal are accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND FULFILLMENT

Submission of an order through the portal does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to review, modify, or cancel any order due to errors, stock availability, or other operational considerations.

SYSTEM AVAILABILITY AND DOWNTIME

We aim to provide continuous access to the portal, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any losses or delays resulting from system outages, maintenance, or technical issues.

USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCESS

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILTY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the portal, including but not limited to pricing errors, order delays, or data inaccuracies.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ENVIRONMENTAL CREDITS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, Customers of SWD’s products recognize and agree that any and all environmental credits, including but not limited to carbon offset credits, or other rights, titles, privileges, licenses, or interests with respect to the sale of any of SWD’s products, shall remain the property of SWD. Customers of SWD’s products further recognize and agree that they have not assigned any additional environmental and/or carbon offset credits or other rights, titles, privileges, licenses or interests that may otherwise arise out of the Customer’s use of SWD’s products.
